Terms of Access
1. The Contracting Parties
These Terms of Access govern your engagement with AETERNA FRAMEWORKS and constitute a binding agreement between you and:
Constant Changes, Lda.
Rua Nova da Trindade, 1
1200-301 Lisboa, Portugal
NIPC: PT515506028
AETERNA FRAMEWORKS is an intellectual institution and archive owned and operated by Constant Changes, Lda. Any reference in this document to "the Archive", "the Corpus", or "AETERNA" refers to the intellectual environment provided by Constant Changes, Lda.
For inquiries regarding these terms: chancellery@aeternaframeworks.com
2. Nature of the Agreement
By accessing the Archive — whether as a visitor (Seeker/Wanderer), a holder of the Codex, or an Initiate on The Path — you accept these Terms of Access in full. Access is a privilege granted upon the acceptance of these protocols.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisboa, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions within the European Union.
3. The Architecture of the Archive
The Archive provides access to intellectual, philosophical, and symbolic content structured into two primary dimensions:
The Corpus: A permanent repository of philosophical glossaries, curated libraries, and deep-analysis articles engaging with Hermetic, Neoplatonic, and Alchemical traditions.
The Path: A structured initiatory progression following the alchemical opus. This is divided into four distinct Grades:
- • Scholar / Cartographer (Nigredo)
- • Practitioner / Operative (Nigredo — Phase II)
- • Adept / Analyst (Albedo)
- • Magister / Sovereign (Rubedo)
Important Notice: The Archive is a resource for intellectual and philosophical inquiry. It does not provide clinical, therapeutic, or medical services. Nothing within the Archive constitutes psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Access and Stewardship
To enter the Inner Sanctum or access paid content, you must register as a Seeker and create an account.
- Responsibility: You are the sole steward of your access credentials.
- Non-Transferability: Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or redistributing access to the Archive is a violation of the bond of trust and results in immediate termination of access.
- Integrity of Data: You must provide accurate information. The Archive reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false identities.
5. Investiture and Financial Commitment
Aeterna Frameworks operates on a One-time Purchase model to ensure the permanent value of the intellectual assets. Prices are displayed in USD (Global Matrix) and processed via Stripe.
Available Grades of Investiture:
- • The Codex: Permanent access to the public Corpus, present and future.
- • The Path (Levels 1–4): Sequential access to the initiatory Stages.
- • The Magnum Opus: Simultaneous access to all Stages (By invitation only).
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Constant Changes, Lda. reserves the right to adjust values for future initiates; such adjustments never affect access already secured.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Immediate Access
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content of the Archive, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content is accessed, as per Article 16(m) of the aforementioned Directive.
7. Refund Policy
Given the immutable nature of digital intellectual property and the waiver described in Section 6, all investments are non-refundable once access is granted.
Exceptions are reviewed with sobriety on a case-by-case basis only in the event of:
- Persistent technical failure preventing access, unresolved within 7 business days.
- Verified duplicate charges due to processing errors.
Refund requests must be directed to chancellery@aeternaframeworks.com within 30 days of the occurrence.
8. Intellectual Patrimony
All original content — including the Aeterna Taxonomies, the architecture of The Path, the responses of the Oracle, and the Hermetic Correspondence — is the exclusive intellectual property of Constant Changes, Lda., protected by international copyright law.
No part of the Archive may be reproduced, "scraped" by automated tools, or redistributed. Brief quotations for scholarly purposes are permitted, provided they include full attribution to "Aeterna Frameworks".
9. The Oracle and Philosophical Correspondence
Inquiries submitted to the Oracle and Hermetic Correspondence are handled with absolute discretion.
- Publication: Responses remain private unless the Initiate provides explicit written consent for them to be included in the Responsa Archive (Public Record).
- Withdrawal of Consent: Consent for publication may be withdrawn prior to the public release of the text.
10. Protocols of Conduct
Access may be terminated without refund if an Initiate:
- Uses automated scripts or AI to extract content from the Archive.
- Engages in "account sharing" or redistributes materials to non-initiates.
- Attempts to circumvent the sequential logic of The Path.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Archive is provided "as is," reflecting the rigour of the tradition it represents. Constant Changes, Lda. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential effects arising from the philosophical application of the materials. The Initiate accepts full responsibility for their own intellectual and psychological journey.
12. Final Provisions
Constant Changes, Lda. may update these Terms as the Corpus evolves. Continued use of the Archive after such updates constitutes acceptance.
